If you have any questions or concerns in regards to sizing or condition on any of the items listed on this site please contact us before committing to purchase.
Returns will only be accepted within 5 days of the delivery date granted that the item(s) is in its original state and with the all tags attached.
The buyer will be entitled to a partial refund once the item(s) are returned successfully. The initial delivery fee is non-refundable, and a restocking fee (15% of the total transaction payment) will be deducted from the transaction amount.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees and the return address will be provided after the exchange is confirmed by the Hypesock Customer Service team. You are obligated contact our customer service team before returning any product, otherwise we are not responsible for the returning item. Cancellation of orders is possible only within 24 hour after placing an order on our site.
Once your return has been received by our team, it can take up to 14 business days to process. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded
Size Exchanges
Size exchange is available under the condition that the item(s) is unused and still has the all tags attached. Request for size exchange can only be made within 1 day of the delivery date and subject to availability.
You are obligated to contact our customer service team before returning any product, otherwise we are not responsible for the returning item.
